I didn't receive a story, but was briefed that current treasurer Wayne Swan is up for * the prestigious 'Finance Minister of the Year' Award by Euromoney magazine. The Spectator contends that Swan is taking the glory, while ex-treasurer Peter Costello's did most of the hard work in previous years.
